Peter Hiatt is a photographer and artist living in Denton, Texas. His artwork is concerned with the relationship people have with their environment, and how they interact with the land they inhabit.
Hiatt recently graduated with a Master of Fine Art degree from the University of North Texas. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at UNT, teaching classes in Photography and Design.
Hiatt has exhibited in galleries and institutions throughout North Texas, including 500X, Artspace 111, Gallery 414, Texas Women’s University, the University of North Texas and the University of Oklahoma. He has had solo exhibitions at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center, and the Oak Cliff Cultural Center in Dallas.
